Please Review
I’m asking for your help. The real, practical, holy-grail kind.
If Body, Enough moved you—even a little—if you nodded along, winced, exhaled, or thought oh thank god it’s not just me… I need you to do one more thing for me.
Read it.
Listen to it.
And then—please—leave a review.
Right now, Body, Enough has 5 reviews.
Straight Enough has 50+.
That difference matters more than it should—but it does.
Reviews are the quiet engine behind discoverability. They’re how algorithms decide whether a book deserves to be seen. They’re how strangers decide whether to trust a story with their time, their bodies, their tenderness.
And Body, Enough is a book that deserves witnesses.
This book was written from the inside of a body that has been judged, disciplined, praised, punished, ignored, trained, injured, aging, and still—still—capable of joy.
The audio version carries that truth in a voice meant to be heard slowly, honestly, without apology.
If you’ve already read it:
A sentence or two is enough.
You don’t need to be eloquent.
You don’t need to summarize.
You just need to be real.
That’s it. That’s the magic.
If you haven’t yet—this is your nudge.
Read it. Listen to it. Let it walk beside you for a bit.
Then help it find its way into more hands, more ears, more bodies that are tired of being told they are not enough.
I’m not chasing fame here.
I’m building a body of witnesses.
Thank you for being one of mine.

I have read BODY ENOUGH several times. Like all of Lorinda's work, it is honest, straightforward, and so very real. It has stuck with me...I will continue to re-read it.
